Belt runs off at head pulley.Head pulley misaligned.Check level of head pulley and perpendicular alignment with belt.
Accumulation of foreign material on pulley face.[LOCK OUT UNIT.] Clean pulley face by scraping away foreign material and washing with solvent.
Belt runs off at tail pulley.Tail pulley misaligned.Check level and perpendicular alignment of tail pulley.
Belt slips when starting.Insufficient belt tension.Adjust screw take-up device to increase belt tension.
Worn pulley lagging.Replace pulley.
Accumulation of foreign material on pulley face.[LOCK OUT UNIT.] Clean pulley face by scraping brushing, and wiping as required.
Pulley side of belt is dirty.[LOCK OUT UNIT.] Clean pulley side of belt by washing with soap and water. Do not use a solvent on belt.
Belt slips on pulley.Insufficient belt tension.Adjust screw take-up device to increase belt tension.
